Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

• Target, engage, and onboard new clients—both overseas property investors (e.g., parents sending children to study in Australia) and local family buyers.
• Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships through consultative selling and advisory.
• Business Expansion
• Develop and nurture partnerships with property developers and real estate networks in Australia.
• Collaborate with internal teams to craft tailored investment proposals or property packages that align with client objectives.

Market Insights & Analysis

• Research and monitor property trends across key Australian cities (Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Canberra, Brisbane, Gold Coast)
• Deliver market intelligence and strategic advice to the leadership team on emerging opportunities.

Sales Strategy & Pipeline Management

• Build, track, and convert leads through the sales pipeline—from initial contact to deal closing.
• Conduct proactive outreach (e.g. direct contact, digital channels, events, referrals).

Brand Advocacy

• Represent Agathon Property at industry events, webinars, seminars, and networking forums.
• Share our brand values and mission: guiding clients toward the most valuable investments, not just the most expensive.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3 years of working experience
• Provicient in English
• Great communication skill
