BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT – FULL TIME
Full-time | On-site – Jakarta
We are looking for a target-driven individual who is ready to grow in the field of business development. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, the ability to build and maintain relationships, and a strong motivation to achieve results.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research, identify business opportunities, and establish relationships with clients and strategic partners
- Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and business offers to potential clients
- Follow up and negotiate deals until a successful agreement is reached
- Maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and targets are achieved
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Management, Economics, Communication, or related fields
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience will also be considered)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, confident, and persuasive
- Target-oriented, able to work under pressure, and highly motivated
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willing to work full-time on-site in Jakarta
