Eramet Indonesia is an integral part of the Eramet. Its presence in Indonesia dates back more than 17 years, with nickel exploration investment in Central Halmahera, North Maluku, Indonesia. Responsibilities:
Administrative & Internal Coordination
- Provide general clerical duties including preparing correspondence, forms, reports, and spreadsheets.
- Manages and monitors validity of all Explo/BD legal documents (NDA, contracts, permits/formalities)
- Prepare documents and administrative materials for permitting/licensing, manage correspondence with government/local authority, document submission in accordance with procedures
- Maintain and update department database and shared folder, including projects documentation.
- Monitor mission progress, maintain tracking tools, and support the facilitation of regular project review meetings to ensure alignment of deliverables and activities.
- Maintains and process exploration related administrative activities (shipping samples: internal-import-export, survey authorizations, etc).
- Support procurement and budgeting processes by gathering documentation, preparing forms, obtaining approvals and liaising with relevant departments.
- Support the team regarding the administrative record such as leave and TOIL records, annual & Mid Year interview schedules, required training proposal
- Collects and processes financial forms, including cash advance requests, expense claims and all invoices related to formalities, vendors and contractors and ensure all invoice paid in due time.
- Assist in planning of BD and Exploration team, including but not limited to managing calendar schedules, scheduling facilities and equipment, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate internal communication between Exploration & BD team, departments, and management to ensure consistent information flow and alignment/cross functional collaboration
- Liase with external parties (contractors, vendors, consultants) for service execution.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 1-2 years experience in administrative/logistics/general affairs roles.
- English proficiency, with the ability to communicate confidently and effectively in both written and verbal forms.
- Attention to detail and a demonstrated commitment to accuracy when managing financial forms, administrative records, and other related tasks.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships and collaboration across departments and with external partners
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands, while maintaining a high level of performance and professionalism.
