Job Description
- Responsible to maintain and manage SMB Merchants through online communication channel (WhatsApp, Email, and Call) by offering campaign participation, slice price program and other initiative under merchant portfolio given
- Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with SMB Merchants to build relationships and increase the likelihood of sales conversions.

Able to track and achieve personal goals/KPI given
- Bachelor’s degree in any major
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Account Management or Telemarketing, preferably with experience handling Long Tail merchants.
- Target-oriented with a strong drive to achieve goals
- Previous experience or strong interest in E-wallet, food delivery, or e-commerce industries
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
