About the Role
Analyze end-to-end business processes across key functions (e.g., Category, Retail, Supply Chain, Tech, People, Finance) to identify gaps, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies.
Redesign and improve workflows with measurable impact on efficiency, cost, and scalability.Champion lean methodologies, automation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Support cross-functional process improvement projects from ideation to implementation.
Develop project plans, define success metrics, and ensure timely execution aligned with business priorities.
Track project milestones and report progress to relevant stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with business owners, brand leaders, and department heads to understand operational pain points.
Facilitate alignment workshops and problem-solving sessions to co-create solutions.
Drive change adoption through clear communication, training, and documentation.
Benchmark against industry best practices to ensure Hypefast remains agile and competitive.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in process improvement, business operations, consulting, or project management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in data analysis tools
Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
Strong documentation and presentation skills6Familiar with BI Tools e.g. SQL, Database, Excel, Metabase/Power BI/Looker.
Familiar with Project Management Methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
