Responsibilities
- Support the Business Development Officer (BDO) in executing business development tasks and processes smoothly.
- Maintain an updated lead database and high-level business dashboard (including Trello).
- Assist in coordinating logistics for client meetings, including documents, travel, accommodation, and budgeting.
- Provide BDO with updates on Proof of Concept progress from Operations.
- Facilitate communication between BDO and internal stakeholders.
- Help draft and manage Executive Management (EM) Work Request Forms and follow-up schedules.
- Send timely reminders for EM sign-offs and approvals.
- Collaborate with BDO and Operations to formalize and summarize SLAs.
- Prepare contracts, including final SLAs and the Agreement of Mutual Understanding (AMU).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from any major.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in business operations, coordination, or similar roles.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working with documentation.
- Proactive, responsible, and able to manage tasks independently.
- Familiar with tools like Google Workspace, Trello, or other project management tools.
- Basic knowledge of business or sales processes is a plus.
