Requirement:
- Have at least 5 years experiences in Butler, Operational Manager, or Household Manager.
- Previous experience managing a hotel or residence essential or private residence.
- Need to have relevant experience, initiative, be highly organized, efficient, confident and hands on in all aspects of managing the operations of private residence.
- Strong knowledge in Food & Beverage service, Housekeeping, facility management, and administration
- Good communication and leadership.
- Able to manage team performance and staffing.
- Willing to work at Joglo, Jakarta Barat
Responsibility:
Owner Services:
* Oversee personalized services provided by butlers to enhance owner experience.
* Address owner requests and ensure timely and satisfactory resolution
Operation
* Overseeing daily household operations, F&B, Housekeeping, Kitchen, Landscape, and all area is running smooth.
* Organizing events, managing household budgets, and ensuring the overall smooth running of the household.
Communication:
* Maintain effective communication between owner, team and vendors.
* Facilitate coordination to fulfill owner needs efficiently and owner satisfactions.
Quality Control:
* Implement and enforce high service standards to meet or exceed owner expectations.
* Conduct regular quality assessments to identify areas for improvement.
Problem Solving:
* Address and resolve any challenges or issues that may arise in the delivery of butler services and operation.
* Implement proactive measures to prevent future problems.
Building & Maintenance Management
* Planning and execute all the building and maintenance project.
* Support directly to commercial channels on day-to-day maintenance needed.
* Conduct and overseeing weekly and monthly walk through.
