Job Description
- Managing the office assets condition
- Tracking the office assets position
- Preparing computer/office assets for user
- Preparing daily and monthly report of assets status and condition
- Calculating the number of asset to be purchased
- Analyzing of data asset for purchasing process: price comparison, selecting various items from outside resources
Requirements
- Experience 2 – 3 years in Asset Management or similar area
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (IT), System Information, or Management
- Must be competent in Ms. Office
- Fast leaner and detail oriented
- Has analytical capabilities
