Responsibilities:
- Book flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Manage travel documents and ensure compliance with travel policies.
- Address and resolve travel-related issues to ensure smooth and efficient trips.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality (Travel and Tourism Management), Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in planning and organizing travel arrangement for individuals or groups.
- Excellent time management.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage detailed information effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Skilled in resolving travel-related issues and providing practical solutions.
- High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure, including overtime when needed.
- Strong negotiation skills, especially in securing corporate rates directly with hotels or any other vendors.
- Excellent in written and verbal English communication skills.
