CloudRaya Community Specialist executes community-driven initiatives to increase product adoption, customer acquisition, and user engagement by engaging with the community, organizing events, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and marketing objectives.
Job Descriptions
- Organize and execute online and offline events to attract new customers, promote product adoption, and support community growth.
- Maintain relationships within the community through regular interactions and engagement activities to strengthen connections, gather insights, and collect feedback.
- Support the production of technical and general content by contributing ideas, sourcing community inputs, and collaborating with internal teams (e.g., blog posts, tutorials, social media).
- Prepare reports on community engagement and event outcomes, highlighting key metrics and offering input for future improvements.
- Work closely with internal teams to align event and community activities with broader marketing objectives and ensure smooth execution.
Qualification
- 3+ years of experience in community engagement, ecosystem outreach, or related roles.
- Comfortable engaging with tech-savvy audiences; familiarity with cloud computing or IT infrastructure is a strong plus.
- Connected to local tech communities, with exposure to startup or innovation-driven networks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport both online and in person.
- Self-driven and adaptable, with a strong interest in technology and community-building.
- Comfortable with writing, speaking, and presenting in English.
