- As a Channel Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving revenue, margin, and growth targets by developing and managing relationships with services channel partners. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to implement channel strategies, support partner enablement, and ensure customer satisfaction
- 'Channel Strategy Execution: Implement the local services channel strategy aligned with global and regional goals.
- Partner Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners.
- Establish growth targets and sign partnership agreements.
- Sales Enablement: Support partners in developing capabilities, using digital tools (e.g., Salesforce, PRM), and managing sales pipelines.
- Customer Engagement: Ensure end-user satisfaction by overseeing partner activities including order fulfillment, delivery, and support.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and contribute to business reviews and strategic planning.
- Field Engagement: Spend 60–70% of your time in the field—coaching partners,
- visiting customers, and participating in events and trade shows.
- Conflict Resolution: Manage escalations and resolve field-level conflicts effectively.
- Digital Transformation: Promote the adoption of digital tools and platforms among partners.

'Experience: 3-4 years of relevant experience in channel sales, business development, or partner management—preferably in services or industrial sectors.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business is required. A Master’s degree is a strong plus. - Strong understanding of sales processes, partner ecosystems, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and digital sales platforms is a plus.
