Reporting to the Indian Chef, this is a fast-paced and hands-on role—perfect for someone who thrives in a creative, high-energy kitchen environment.
We are seeking someone who not only possesses strong culinary skills but also has a genuine passion for authentic Indian cuisine. From slow-cooked curries to expertly grilled tandoori dishes, your understanding of traditional spices, flavours, and techniques will be essential in bringing our Indian offerings to life.

- You are a hands-on Commis (Indian Cruisine) with a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar cutting edge hospitality environment
- Assist in menu, implementation and execution
- Controlling food preparation and managing wastage for your section
- You will enjoy being on tools and bringing our creations to life
- Good knowledge of WHS, food hygiene and efficient kitchen processes
- International experience a plus
