- Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from the initiation to completion.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet deadlines and financial goals.
- Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site workers to ensure quality workmanship.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
- Review and interpret blueprints, contracts, and technical documents.
- Collaborate with engineers, QA/QC, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure the construction timeline.
- Monitor project progress and prepare reports for senior management.

Implement and enforce quality control and risk management procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Have min 6 years of experience in construction project management with at least 2 years in managerial level.
- Proven track record of successfully completing commercial, residential, or industrial projects.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in construction management administration.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- High integrity is a must
- OSHA certification and PMP (Project Management Professional) certification (preferred).
