What will you do?
In this position, you will join our growing Indonesia Built Environment business, where you will play an integral part in a team of highly skilled specialists that ‘bring ideas to life’ for our clients across all types of building and infrastructure projects.

Lead and manage environmental remediation projects, ensuring effective and safe cleanup of contaminated sites.
Conduct comprehensive site assessments and gather environmental data to evaluate site conditions and necessary remediation actions.
Develop and prepare RKL/RPL and AMDAL documents to ensure compliance with local environmental regulations following remediation efforts.
Perform Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) and Environmental and Social Due Diligence (ESDD) as part of project evaluations to identify potential impacts and recommend mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create sustainable environmental solutions and strategies tailored to specific project needs.
Prepare detailed technical reports, presenting findings, recommendations, and action plans for clients and regulatory authorities.
Maintain knowledge of current environmental regulations, best practices, and emerging technologies in remediation and environmental management.
Effectively communicate with clients, regulatory bodies, and local communities to foster positive relationships and ensure project success.

What can you bring to the team?
Firstly, you will share our genuine passion for re-imagining engineering and be someone that actively pursues continuous learning to help shape the future. You will also need the following:
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Forestry, Environmental Management, Geology, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience focused on environmental remediation.
Strong understanding of remediation project and deliverable.
Proven experience in preparing and managing RKL/RPL and AMDAL documentation.
Strong understanding of sustainability practices.
Comprehensive knowledge of environmental laws and regulations applicable to remediation activities.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
KTPA AMDAL certification (preferred, but not mandatory).
Experience in delivering measurable project outcomes in environmental remediation.
Familiarity with GIS and environmental modelling software is a plus.
