JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and standards.
- Ensure food presentation and portioning is consistent with company guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations.
- Monitor food stock levels and communicate shortages or needs to the Head Chef.
- Assist with receiving and proper storage of ingredients and supplies.
- Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
- Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and prep tasks.
- Ensure minimal waste and efficient use of ingredients.
