Our client is a well-established business in the F&B industry, operating a Korean restaurant in Canggu, known for its authentic flavors and welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook authentic Korean dishes according to restaurant standards.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of food.
- Maintain hygiene standards and follow food safety regulations.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a cook, preferably specializing in Korean cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of Korean ingredients, recipes, and cooking techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexible schedule and commitment to high-quality service.
