- Support senior executives (e.g., CEO, Chair) with briefings and correspondence for stakeholder meetings
- Build and maintain relationships with media, government agencies, and other key stakeholders
- Corporate Communication:
- Assist in drafting press releases, speeches, presentations, and corporate reports
- Help manage internal and external communications, ensuring consistency in messaging
- Public Relations & Reputation Management:
- Monitor public and media perceptions of the company
- Support crisis communication efforts and media inquiries
- Administrative Support:
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes
- Maintain briefing libraries and corporate documentation
- Corporate Governance & Compliance:
- Assist in developing corporate policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and support CSR initiatives
- Event Coordination:
- Help organize corporate events such as press conferences and stakeholder tours
