About the Role
Identify and conceptualize innovative brand initiatives that align with Hypefast’s mission and target audience.Strategize and oversee communications and creative executions across all owned channels.
Ensure integration of all manners of communications with ongoing campaigns, key events, and partnership efforts.
Coordinate with internal and external creative teams to ensure brand consistency and platform-specific optimization.
Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders including local brand founders, community leaders, and relevant industry figures.
Identify and approach potential strategic partners and collaborators.
Plan and manage brand or relationship-building events, both internal and external.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution.
Lead negotiations with sponsors and third parties to secure cash or in-kind sponsorships to support events and initiatives.
Prepare partnership decks, proposals, and contracts in coordination with the legal and finance teams.
Work closely with PR, social media, and design teams to ensure consistency of messaging and visuals.
Assist in measuring and analyzing the effectiveness of brand initiatives and partnerships.
Requirements
1Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2Minimum 5 years of experience in partnership development, business development, or brand relationship roles.
3Strong track record in building and maintaining relationships with brand founders and external partners.
4Proven ability to develop and execute strategic partnerships and s secure sponsorships to support brand or event initiatives.
5Experience planning and managing brand or community engagement activities, including offline and online activations.
