As our Corporate Development Associate, you’ll participate in GoTo’s strategy formulation and some of the most important decisions of the organization from a corporate development standpoint, and will be exposed to a myriad of situations, not just in financial analysis, but also in deal structuring, forming strategic partnerships and more.
What You Will Do
- Provide financial and strategic analysis related to the company’s capital markets strategy, acquisition, portfolio management and strategic partnerships
- Develop financial models and valuation analyses that help guide the decision making process
- Conduct industry and market research related to trends, risks, opportunities and competitive landscape
- Participate in deals end-to-end, including strategy development, deal negotiation & structuring, due diligence and coordinating with finance, legal, tax and other departments to ensure seamless deal execution
- Create presentations for senior management
What You Will Need
- At least 3-4 years of work experience in private equity, corporate development, Big 4 advisory, investment banking, management consulting and/or related experience
- Good grasp of accounting, finance, legal and tax considerations in corporate finance activities
- Solid analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills with high level of attention to details
- Works well under pressure to achieve tight timelines while producing high quality outputs
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Ability to manage confidential and highly sensitive information with the highest levels of discretion and professionalism
- Strong communications and collaboration skills. Excellent verbal and written fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
