Role Summary:
The Corporate Sales Executive is responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new corporate and B2B partnership clients. This role covers the full sales cycle—from lead generation and client engagement to deal closure. Success in this position requires strong negotiation skills, market awareness, and a results-driven mindset to consistently grow revenue and expand the company’s corporate client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing corporate deals.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, market research, and proactive outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Drive revenue growth by expanding the client base and increasing sales from existing accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and solutions that meet client needs.
- Track sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to inform strategy and improve results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in a relevant field.
- 2–3 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in B2B environments.
- Experience not limited to the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
