We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Cost Controller to join our team and oversee all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as the development of internal control policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control food, beverage, and operating supply costs
- Conduct daily and monthly inventory audits
- Prepare and analyze cost reports and recommend cost-reduction strategies
- Work closely with Purchasing and Kitchen teams to ensure optimal stock levels
- Maintain accurate pricing, recipes, and supplier database
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, standards, and budgets
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality Management, or related field
- At least 2–3 years of experience as a Cost Controller in a restaurant, hotel, or F&B group
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, POS/inventory/ERP systems (Xero, ESB)
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skill
- Knowledge of HACCP, inventory control, and food safety regulations
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely.
