We are seeking a talented and driven Creative Stage Assistant Manager to support the execution of bold, innovative, and on-brand stage entertainment strategies. In this role, you will assist in leading a dynamic creative team, ensuring all stage performances and creative outputs reflect FINNS’ vibrant identity with originality, consistency, and high quality. You will play a key role in bringing exceptional entertainment experiences to life.

Responsibilities
- Assist the department in leading creative direction and execution for campaigns, events, and brand initiatives
- Oversee day-to-day creative projects and ensure timely delivery of high-quality visual content
- Collaborate with other departments to align visual strategies with business goals
- Provide creative input and hands-on design support for both digital and offline platforms
Qualifications
- Proven experience within a stage, art and event related to creative, media, hospitality, or lifestyle brand
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Fluency in English is preferred
