JD:
- Coordinate daily communication and workflow with creators
- Track and analyze creator performance on TikTok, including GMV, to provide regular feedback and growth recommendations
- Support creators with strategic input on content planning, campaign briefings, and performance improvement
- Conduct regular check-ins with top-performing creators to maintain strong relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., MCN Manager, Admin) to support brand collaboration needs when necessary
Qualifications:
- Proven experience and deep knowledge in MCN, TAP, and TSP (min. 1 year)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field
- Skills in creator hiring and talent management, with an ability to identify and nurture creator
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, since you'll be working close with our social e-commerce partners & brands/clients
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and generate insights for improvement strategy
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
