Job Description
• Receiving transaction information
• Scheduling surveyors with vendors and coordinating with the Telesales team
• Recording the schedule and following up after the survey and vehicle handover are completed
• Upload the document that has been submitted by the surveyor
• Receiving information from the dealer regarding the completed BPKB
• Scheduling with the vendor to pick up the vehicle registration certificate from the dealer
• Conducting a document check that has been received by the vendor
• Sign the handover report form with the vendor
• Storing the vehicle registration certificate (BPKB) in the safe provided at the office
• Generate reports related to Credit Division requirement
• Support audits by providing requested credit documentation and records.
Qualifications
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with credit documentation and basic accounting principles.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and financial systems/software.
• Experience in an administrative or clerical role, especially in finance or banking, is a plus.
