At Insignia , we’re looking for a CRM Operations Specialist who can step into any environment, understand the system, and make it work better than before.
You’ll be the go-to person for setting up, optimizing, and maintaining CRM systems — whether it’s Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or something else our client prefers.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Configure and maintain CRM platforms based on client needs
✅ Automate workflows, manage user access, and ensure data integrity
✅ Sync CRM with marketing, sales, and analytics tools
✅ Troubleshoot issues and train teams to use the system effectively
✅ Adapt fast — since no two clients are the same
Who You Are:
✅ CRM-savvy: Experience with at least one major platform (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
✅ Tech-flexible: Willing and able to learn new tools quickly
✅ Detail-oriented: You care about clean data, proper tagging, and automation that just works
✅ Collaborative: Work closely with clients, marketers, and developers to align CRM with business goals
✅ Bonus: Familiarity with APIs, integrations, or low-code/no-code platforms
