MTM Bali is the leading Cable TV and Internet Service Provider in Bali, and we are looking for a Customer Care to join our Operation team. We are seeking a Customer Care who is passionate about helping customers resolve their issues, willing to improve our customers’ experience, and wants to impact a new team positively. This position is full-time and located in our Denpasar office.
CUSTOMER CARE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Troubleshoot or escalate issues as appropriate, promptly ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the support cycle, providing end-user assistance where required until the problem has been resolved.
- Update internal database with information about billing/accounting issues and valuable discussions with customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their billing/accounting issues are resolved.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- The candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- 1+ years of working experience in the related field, preferably in the ISP, hospitality, or accounting industry is a plus.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
