Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, smoothies, and other beverages.
- Provide fast, friendly, and polite customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and equipment.
- Operate coffee machines and tools properly.
- Assist with restocking ingredients and supplies.
- Follow hygiene and café SOP standards.
- Support daily tasks as assigned by the captain/head barista.
Qualifications:
- Minimum high school graduate (SMA/SMK or equivalent).
- Have previous experience as barista min 1 years.
- Friendly, communicative, and customer-oriented.
- Able to work efficiently and neatly under pressure.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive attitude, willing to learn, and a good team player.
Job Type: Part-time
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
