Job Description:
- Greet and Assist Customers – Welcome guests, take orders, and provide excellent service.
- Serve Food and Drinks – Deliver orders accurately and promptly while maintaining quality standards.
- Handle Customer Requests – Address inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain Cleanliness – Keep tables, dining areas, and workstations clean and organized.
- Support Restaurant Operations – Assist in setting up, restocking supplies, and closing duties as.
Qualification:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a waitress in a hotel/cafe/restaurant.
- Patient, friendly, and possesses strong product knowledge.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Active communication skills and good customer listening abilities.
- Flexible to work in shifts based on operational needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a hospitality background is a plus.
Job Type: Part-time
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
