Hiring: Data Engineer (Banking Industry)
One of our clients in the Banking Industry is looking for a Data Engineer to support their data operations in a managed service environment (ITSM)
Responsibilities:
- Build & manage ETL pipelines, data warehouse/lake, and streaming platforms
- Automate data workflows and ensure data quality
- Collaborate across teams to support regulatory & analytical reporting
- Operate tools like Airflow, Talend, Python, SQL, BigQuery, Snowflake, Kafka
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in: Computer Science, Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, Electrical Engineering, or Applied Mathematics (Master’s in Data Engineering/Science is a plus), etc.
- 3–6 years’ experience as a Data Engineer / ETL Developer
- Strong in SQL, Python, cloud & big data tools
- Experience in banking/finance preferred
- Understanding of OJK, BI, AML/KYC is a plus
- Relevant certifications (Google, AWS, Azure, etc.)
