Job Description:
· Inputting and maintaining the data of clients to the system of company.
· Verifying the accuracy of information before inputting the data.
· Generate and make the reports as requested by the consultants and management.
· Organize and maintain files both electronically and physically.
· Assisting the consultants in preparing documents to be submitted to the client.
· Coordinate with the consultants to gather the updated information.
· Ensuring data confidentiality and following all guidelines for data protection.
· Support all the administrative tasks, including document scanning and file archiving.
Requirements:
· Diploma or bachelor’s degree in related field.
· Minimum 1 year working experience in data entry or administrative support (preferably in a professional services or consulting firm).
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with database systems.
· Good communication skills in English both written and verbal.
· Ability to work in a team-oriented environment, strong organizational skills, openness, common sense & dedication.
· Excellent typing speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
· Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines, professionalism, detail orientation, good analytical thinking, and the will to learn.
