We're looking for a detail-oriented Data Support Intern to support the Customer Success & Support (CSS) team in ensuring the accuracy of client data. This role plays a critical part in helping the team maintain clean datasets for client segmentation and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) analysis.
What You’ll Do
- Recheck and clean up client data within internal systems, especially from the Superadmin dashboard.
- Ensure accurate classification of client data based on plan types (SMB vs Enterprise).
- Coordinate with internal teams if needed to verify client status and ensure data reliability.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date data to support NRR reporting and client segmentation initiatives.
- Collaborate with the CSS team to continuously improve data quality and usability.

- Familiarity with data entry and spreadsheet tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Excel).
- Comfortable navigating and analyzing backend dashboards (e.g., Superadmin or internal admin tools).
- Fast learner and proactive in seeking clarification when needed.
