INDICO is Telkomsel's subsidiary focusing on creating values in developing Indonesia's digital ecosystem. As a digital ecosystem enabler, INDICO plays a strategic role both as a platform company and a holding company.
As a platform company, INDICO strives to create non-telecom value by enhancing the user experience of Telkomsel and INDICO Group services. Currently, INDICO is building three business platforms through a B2B2C model: INDICO Commerce (digital product transaction solution), INDICO Engage (marketing solution), and INDICO DataHub (data solution).
As a holding company, INDICO nurtures vertical businesses across sectors: Fita (health tech), Kuncie (edtech), Majamojo (game publishing), and Digital Food Ecosystem (agritech). By harnessing telecom's commercial and technological assets, INDICO aspires to create a new economy, empowering Indonesians and enabling businesses across sectors to advance Indonesia's digital economy.

What will you do but not limited to:
- Assist in the creation, implementation and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across various platforms such as WhatsApp, Google Ads, Facebook & Instagram Ads, LinkedIn and more.
- Support in set up, execute, optimize various paid channels.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports
- Perform competitor analysis and trend research to improve strategies.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh content ideas for campaigns and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain, tracking status and organized filing system (digital and/or physical) for sales contracts, proposals, quotations, and agreements.
- Support administration related for internal/external audits
- Assisting team as the central point of contact for document-related queries between Sales, Legal, Finance, and external counterparts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite).
- A balance perspective between creativity and data driven.
- Self-learner, ambitious, good attitude, excited by challenges.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being proactive and self-motivated.
