Dispensing Operator (Contract)
PURPOSE
Carry out weighing activities of raw materials in accordance with the procedures of Good Drug Making (CPOB; Good Manufacturing Practice; cGMP), following the SOP and Bayer's applicable provisions.
MAJOR TASKS
- Carry out the weighing of raw materials following the standard procedures (SOP) that apply in accordance with the CPOB and the relevant duty letter or instructions from the Supervisor.

Know and understand all SOPs related to weighing.
Carry out regular quality control over the work in accordance with the provisions stated in the letter of duty concerned.
Verify the Scale for weighing tools in BVD (Operator Dispensing in BVD) according to the applicable SOP.
Carry out maintenance of scales, equipment, and tools in the weighing room and the rooms used, properly in accordance with SOPs and applicable regulations.
Responsible and conduct the work process according to the flow set in the SOP, ensuring all is done carefully and neatly.
Perform administrative and documentation tasks (filling BR, log sheet, and room checklist) correctly and neatly in accordance with SOPs and applicable regulations.
Maintain and guarantee the safety of raw materials that have not or have been weighed from damage or loss.
Coordinate the process of periodically calculating stock/reconciling goods to ensure accuracy.
Comply with work discipline in accordance with company regulations and supervisory instructions.
Provide proposed improvements in terms of performance and quality improvement.
Carry out other duties given by the Supervisor related to the work.
Take part in continuous improvement on any issues or matters related to dispensing and material handling.
Guide and direct the Dispensing Support in carrying out daily duties and responsibilities according to applicable SOPs.
Carry out internal coordination regarding Dispensing operations with the Dispensing Support and Material Handling Team in the work area according to the instructions of the Material Control and/or Warehouse Lead.
Run company-rolled programs (e.g., 5R, EHS, OE, etc.).
Responsible for the results of the work that has been given.
Not doing unassigned work or work that deviates from applicable provisions.
Report errors in work to the Supervisor in case of abnormalities or mistakes.
Responsible for cleanliness in all areas of work.
Make repairs to equipment in the weighing room in accordance with the set limits. Report to superiors and the equipment team if there is a machine problem that has not been resolved within 30 minutes.
Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the workspace.
Perform work by paying attention to and following applicable occupational safety provisions.
Cooperate with other colleagues in the work team optimally to carry out tasks in achieving the results determined in accordance with applicable regulations.
Assist other colleagues who are developing their skills in accordance with the instructions of the Superior to more quickly understand and conduct the process being studied.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
Minimum education: High School graduate or equivalent.
Proficient in material handling and weighing procedures.
Basic computer skills, particularly for processing data and numbers.
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (CPOB/cGMP) procedures in line with Bayer standards and other applicable regulations.
Honest, detail-oriented, thorough, cooperative, and responsible.
Strong focus on occupational health, safety, and environmental compliance.
