About the Role
Review and evaluate SOP implementation across HDN branches, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to align with field realities.
Monitor HDN branch performance and provide non-hierarchical input to branch teams, as part of a matrix structure.
Develop and recommend distribution strategies for network expansion (new branches, subdistributors, resellers), performance improvement, and longterm growth.
Act as Project Manager during new branch openings, ensuring readiness, alignment with operational standards, and achievement of initial KPI. After 6 months, once stable, the branch is handed over to the Business Development Manager. After handover, continue to monitor new branch performance as part of regular operational oversight (BAU).
Propose and support cost efficiency initiatives to improve profitability and optimize distribution operations
Assist the Business Development Manager and Branch Managers in resolving operational issues, especially those requiring cross functional coordination.
Represent HDN in daily coordination with brand teams at head office level, ensuring all follow up, approvals, and cross functional issues are addressed promptly and aligned with HDN operational needs.
Analyze weekly/monthly performance data, identify deviations, and provide insights and reports to management for decision making.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain management, Logistic, or related fields
Work Experience: Min. 4-5 years in the same position
Expertise: Distribution, inventory management, budgeting, cost control, Retail and MT management
