- Responsible for preparing shop drawings for Workshop A and Workshop B
- Skilled in reading technical drawings and creating shop drawings.
- Ensuring that all drawings received (from the Product Team & Project Manager) are officially approved and ready for use.
- Producing shop drawings according to the targets set, based on released drawings from the Product Department.
- Collaborating with the Production Supervisor to ensure that shop drawings to be released align with the work methods and are producible.
- Managing shop drawings prior to release (including signing, controlled copies, etc.).
- Providing feedback to the Product Department in case of any discrepancies or if drawings are not producible.
- Assisting the Production Supervisor in creating necessary supporting drawings (e.g., jigs, workbenches, templates, etc.).
- Assigning codes to shop drawings and managing both soft file and hardcopy storage
- Proficient in production processes (manufacturing methods) involving steel fabrication and wood, especially furniture.
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience in light steel and plywood industries.
- Familiar with the use of workshop tools (e.g., welding machine, drilling machine, grinding machine, etc.)
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering (Bachelor’s degree or Polytechnic graduates are acceptable)
- Placement at Cipondoh Workshop, Tangerang.
- Able to collaborate effectively with relevant teams.
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- Able to work effectively with set targets and deadlines.
- Understands safety procedures and proactively applies hazard prevention measures in the manufacturing process.
