The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
Job Description:
- Develop and implement effective strategies and planning for drivers recruitement.
- Plan, run and evaluate driver ops strategic project.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process and fulfill the given target
- Generate and analyze reports on driver acquisition and driver strategic project, identifying any bottlenecks or areas for improvement.
- Provide regular reports to management on driver recruitment and driver strategic project, performance, and potential areas for improvement.
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end KYC process, including customer identification, verification, and due diligence.
- Responsible to lead around 20 KYC agents
Requirements:
- At least 5 years experience in operations, preferably in strategy and planning department from multi national company/tech company
- Strong analytical mindset (able to understand the context, find the correlation between subject, analyse the data, draw the conclusion and provide recomendation solution)
- Strong critical and strategical thinking (framework, leaning thinking and rootcause analytical thinking)
- Experience to plan, execute, manage and evaluate project with excelent result
- Having good communication skills and stakeholder management.
- Excelent in deck creation and presentation skills.
- Able to process the data from excel / spreadsheet.
- Proficiency in english (written and verbal)
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
