Job Description
- Design, develop, and test drone components and systems to enhance performance.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to integrate new technologies into drone models.
- Conduct regular inspections and diagnostics to identify and address technical issues.
- Work closely with the Maintenance Officer to implement software and firmware updates.
- Provide technical expertise and support to the Engineering and Maintenance team.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to contribute to continuous improvement.
- Document all engineering activities, including design specifications and testing procedures.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in drone engineering and development.
- Proficient in CAD software for drone design.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with drone hardware and software systems.
- Knowledge of aviation regulations and safety standards.
- Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Certification in drone engineering is a plus.
