- Create and maintain high-quality property listings on major OTA’s.
- Upload images, write clear and attractive descriptions, and select relevant amenities.
- Visit properties and attend photoshoots to support content creation needs.
- Check that property locations are accurately pinned on all platforms.
- Monitor listings to reflect changes (renovations, new photography, or other features).
- Coordinate with other departments to flag issues or update listings efficiently.
- Create and maintain Google Maps pins and location details for all properties.
- Prepare listings in advance of go-live dates for a smooth property onboarding process.
- Monitor OTA dashboards to identify and resolve content errors or sync issues.
- Ensure consistency between OTA platforms, PMS, and channel manager systems.
- Support during testing or integration of new systems and onboarding of properties.
- Design and update property brochures, welcome letters, signs, and other materials.
- Keep all visual assets aligned with our branding and refreshed as needed.
- Handle design requests from internal teams in a timely and professional manner.
- Join regular meetings to align on content accuracy, timelines, and marketing priorities.
