They serve as a super aggregator hub, connecting merchants with a variety of payment channels, methods, and transaction scenarios.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive online sales of POS products via TikTok Shop and Shopee Mall.
- Plan and execute digital campaigns to acquire and educate SME merchants.
- Manage and grow brand presence on TikTok and Shopee, including content, promotions, and operations.
- Develop and lead TikTok Live strategies, either as host or by managing KOLs/hosts.
- Collaborate with the telesales team to convert online leads into customers.
- Monitor and analyze key metrics (CTR, ROAS, CAC) to improve performance.
- Work cross-functionally with creative, tech, and sales teams.
- Build and lead a small e-commerce team as the channel scales.
Requirements:Must Have:
- 3–5 years of experience in the POS industry.
- Proven track record in selling POS products, preferably via digital or online methods.
- Hands-on experience managing Shopee Mall and/or TikTok Shop accounts.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Capable of building and mentoring a team.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience with live streaming, KOL/host management, and content-driven sales strategies.
- Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred.
