Responsibilities
- Perform daily civil works and building maintenance tasks.
- Coordinate with civil supervisors on preventive maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain records.
- Conduct daily inspections of property and surroundings.
- Attend briefings, review logbook, and follow up on pending issues.
- Ensure work quality meets engineering standards and procedures.
- Complete assigned tasks within set time frames.
- Maintain and clean workshop tools, equipment, and areas.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests.
- Assist engineering team with repairs as needed.
- Support energy-saving initiatives and maintain related records.
- Promote staff awareness on energy efficiency.
- Comply with workplace health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum education of D3 in Civil Engineering, Building Maintenance, or related field (or equivalent diploma).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in civil works, or related engineering field.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and equipment for civil works.
- Familiarity with workplace safety procedures and relevant regulations.
- Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
