Job Description:
As a Tele Qualifier Agent, you will play a crucial role in reaching out to potential leads, qualifying them for our products and services, and supporting the development of successful marketing campaigns. Your exceptional phone etiquette, assertive communication skills, and proficiency in English will be key to establishing trust and rapport with our clients. Please note that working hours will align with international time zones, requiring flexibility for late hours.
Responsibilities:
- Contact potential leads over the phone to identify their needs and interests.
- Engage in meaningful, assertive conversations to establish trust and rapport with high-achieving clients.
- Conduct thorough qualification assessments to ensure leads meet our target audience criteria.
- Clearly and professionally explain the benefits and features of our products and services.
- Provide accurate information and address inquiries from potential clients.
- Accurately enter and update lead information in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments with qualified leads.
Requirements:
"JABODETABEK AREA ONLY" Minimum age of 18 and maximum age of 35.
- Proficiency in English (TOEFL min. 550 or IELTS 6.0) is a must.
- Ability to work late hours according to international time zones.
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales roles is preferred.
- Assertive verbal communication skills and mental resilience to handle high-pressure situations.
- Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with discerning clients.
- Exceptional persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer and CRM system proficiency.
- Outstanding phone etiquette and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
