We are looking for an Executive, People and Services to be responsible to perform end to end payroll and this role will be based in the Jakarta office.
Responsibilities:
- To compile payroll information collected from key stakeholders to ensure monthly payroll process are completed on time
- To ensure all necessary approvals and signatures are in order so that the monthly payroll run is completed in accordance with the stipulated payroll processing timeline
- To update the HRIS for all data related to payroll matters
- To support in preparation of periodic payroll reports for stakeholders review
- Maintain accurate records of payroll documentation and all related transactions
- Manage and have a close follow up on all expatriate visa applications and cancelations, tax clearance related queries, settling in and preparation of all related documents.
- Manage the administration of employee benefits.
- To prepare letters in relation to the employee lifecycle.
- Manage HR operations such as preparing and maintaining of personal files and records, payroll verification, tracking of service confirmation, contract expiry.
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years work experience from a HR generalist role specifically specializing in payroll and HR operations
- Possess the exposure and working knowledge of HRIS preferably Oracle and any other HR databases
- Possess good communication, is analytical and meticulous with data
- Possess good interpersonal skills and a great team player
- Successful applicant is expected to work in office based at Jakarta Office
