Job Description:
1. Oversee daily operations of the production line, ensuring efficient and timely production processes.
2. Plan and manage production schedules to meet product demand and delivery deadlines.
3. Monitor production quality standards and implement corrective actions to address deviations.
4. Lead and supervise production staff, providing training and guidance to ensure optimal performance.
5. Coordinate with procurement, logistics and warehouse teams to ensure availability of raw materials.
6. Manage equipment maintenance schedules, minimizing downtime and ensuring machines are operational.
7. Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency, reduce waste and lower costs.
8. Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations in production facilities.
9. Collaborate with R&D and quality assurance teams to ensure new product development and existing products meet quality standards.
10. Prepare and present regular production reports to senior management, highlighting performance, results and areas for improvement.
Requirements :
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, or related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in production management, preferably in food manufacturing or FMCG sector (REQUIRED)
3. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, including lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices (e.g., Six Sigma).
4. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced production environment.
5. Strong understanding of health, safety and food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, ISO).
6. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and make data-driven decisions.
7. Experience in production planning, scheduling and managing resources to meet deadlines.
8. Knowledge of equipment maintenance
