PT. Sinotrans Overseas Indonesia, a leading company in the freight forwarding and 3PL industry, is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our team. Our office is located in Rasuna Said, Kuningan, Jakarta.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Finance Administrator, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and accurate operation of our financial processes. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Transaction Management & Bookkeeping: Accurately inputting all daily financial transactions, including cash receipts, payments, and journal entries, into the company's accounting system. This involves meticulous handling of freight charges, customs duties, taxes, and other operational expenses.
- Bank & Petty Cash Reconciliation: Performing regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and managing petty cash effectively.
- Invoicing & Accounts Receivable: Preparing and issuing precise invoices to customers, monitoring outstanding accounts receivable, and generating relevant reports.
- Payments & Accounts Payable: Processing payments to vendors and third parties, verifying supporting documentation, and managing company payables.
- Reporting & Documentation: Assisting in the preparation of basic financial reports, maintaining an organized archive of financial documents, and preparing data for tax reporting.
- Administrative Support: Handling financial correspondence and coordinating effectively with other departments.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting.
- Mandatory possession of Brevet A & B certifications.
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in finance or accounting, preferably within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of the accounting cycle, financial principles, and Indonesian tax regulations.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English is essential.
- Proficiency in Mandarin will be a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Zahir, or other ERP systems).
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
