Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Finance Coordinator – CEO Office to act as a key liaison between the CEO and the Executive Committees. This role plays a critical part in facilitating financial reviews, tracking performance, and ensuring timely and accurate communication between executive leadership and the finance department. You will work across multiple business units.
Key Responsibilities:1. Financial Coordination & Reporting
- Consolidate and present financial data, reports, and dashboards for CEO review.
- Facilitate regular updates between the Executives, ensuring clarity and timeliness.
- Summarize key financial insights, risks, and opportunities for executive decisions.
2. Budget Monitoring & Forecasting
- Support the CEO in monitoring budget implementation across business units.
- Track financial KPIs and flag variances or areas of concern.
- Coordinate with finance teams to provide forecast updates and investment planning insights.
3. Cross-Functional Communication
- Serve as the primary financial communication bridge between Executives.
- Ensure alignment and consistency in messaging, reporting standards, and priorities.
- Collaborate with department heads to compile financial data or performance updates.
4. Project & Investment Support
- Assist in evaluating new business proposals and investments by gathering financial data and preparing analysis.
- Support construction/real estate project reviews
- Coordinate financial inputs for marketing budgets and performance ROI.
5. Executive Support
- Prepare materials and reports for board meetings, investor discussions, or internal reviews.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive financial documents.
- Anticipate CEO needs related to financial matters and proactively deliver support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in finance, accounting, or business analysis roles.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and business metrics.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, especially across departments.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with accounting or ERP systems is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail and discretion.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a multi-business company (e.g., real estate, hospitality, investment, marketing).
- Prior exposure to C-level support or executive reporting is highly advantageous.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
