- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is mandatory (written & verbal); proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage, given our operational focus in China.

Position 2: Finance & Costing Analyst
About the Role: We are seeking a Finance & Costing Analyst to support financial decision-making through accurate costing analysis, financial reporting, and budget management. You will play a critical role in optimizing operational costs and improving financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform cost analysis to assist in comparing suppliers and calculating product costs.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial models for decision-making.
- Monitor and report on cost variances and profitability.
- Collaborate with teams to improve cost efficiency across operations.
- Assist in preparing financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Specific Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- Experience:
- 1-2 years in Finance or costing roles; experience in a public accounting firm is strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cost analysis and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in financial system such as SAP, or similar software.
- Familiarity with Python, SQL, Power BI, or other analytical tools is a significant advantage.
