We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Fleet Manager who can take full ownership of our vehicle operations. The candidate must experienced in fleet supervision, cost control, and compliance, with strong leadership and organizational skills to ensure efficiency, safety, and smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities:
Fleet Operations Management:
- Oversee the company’s fleet of vehicles (cars, motorcycles, trucks, etc.).
- Ensure vehicle availability aligns with operational needs.
Vehicle Maintenance & Servicing:
- Schedule regular maintenance (oil changes, tire checks, inspections, etc.).
- Ensure all vehicles are in safe and roadworthy condition.
Vehicle Usage Monitoring:
- Track fuel consumption, mileage, and routes.
- Utilize GPS tracking or fleet management software to optimize usage.
Cost Control & Budgeting:
- Manage fleet-related budgets (fuel, maintenance, insurance, taxes).
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
Documentation & Compliance:
- Ensure all vehicle documents are up to date (registration, insurance, inspection certificates).
- Maintain accurate records and generate regular reports.
Vehicle Procurement & Replacement:
- Plan for new vehicle acquisitions or replacements.
- Negotiate with dealers, vendors, or leasing companies.
Safety & Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure drivers and vehicles comply with traffic laws and internal policies.
- Handle accidents, incidents, and insurance claims.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in fleet management or experience in a similar position.
- At least a diploma in any field of study.
- Ability to communicate in English is an advantage.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Familiarity with local traffic laws and vehicle safety regulations.
- Knowledge of accident investigation and insurance claims processes.
- High integrity and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Able to manage unexpected issues like breakdowns, accidents, or emergencies with a calm and solution-oriented approach.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
