Damar Langit Dining– Sales Executive

Jobs Function and Duties :

• Responsible for achieving sales targets in Food and Beverages.
• Develop, plan and manage the implementation of sales promotions
• Manage marketing/sales events and programs - MICE.
• Responsible for finding new customers and retaining existing customers.
• Make regular reports to the FB General Manager.
• Have an extensive potentials customer database is preferred
• Develop strong working relationships and partnerships with all agencies.

Qualification :

• Minimum education of bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Hospitality/Marketing Management, or other relevant majors.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as Sales Supervisor in the hospitality field.
• Good leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
• Attractive appearance and have excellent persuasive and interpersonal communication skills.
• Creative, innovative, and solution oriented.
• Accustomed to working with reference to targets
• Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Willing to be on site in Cibubur -Depok
