Key Responsibilities
- Create visually engaging designs and concepts that align with brand identity and business goals across various platforms (digital, print, social media, etc.).
- Execute end-to-end design projects, producing high-quality creative assets for marketing campaigns, branding, and other initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders to translate ideas and briefs into impactful visual outputs.
- Identify design challenges and propose innovative, user-centered solutions that meet both creative and business needs.
- Manage multiple design tasks simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while upholding design quality and brand consistency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Strong foundation in design principles, including typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, or equivalent platforms.
- Ability to conceptualize original ideas and develop them into effective and visually appealing designs.
- High attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense, delivering polished, on-brand outputs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, respond to feedback constructively, and meet deadlines.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates creative thinking, visual storytelling, and design execution across different formats.
- Awareness of current design trends and best practices in the creative and digital landscape.
