LingoTalk is looking for a Freelance English Assessor to support a corporate event focused on evaluating public speaking and discussion skills using Business English. What You'll Do:
- Observe group discussions and participant interactions during FGD-style sessions.
- Analyze participants’ ability to explore topics, brainstorm solutions, reach consensus, and present ideas clearly and effectively.
- Score participants objectively using a structured evaluation rubric.
- Provide qualitative feedback to support final scoring and evaluation.
- Submit daily assessment results in an organized and timely manner.
- Select the best-performing team to present their ideas on stage at the end of each session.
Requirements:
- Resides in the Greater Jakarta Area and willing to commute to event locations in Jakarta and Bogor.
- Holds a valid English proficiency certification (IELTS/TOEFL) equivalent to CEFR B2 or higher.
- Has prior experience as part of an event organizing team.
- Strong public communication skills, with confidence in interacting and giving input professionally.
- Able to commit to the full 4-day schedule (5 hours/day).
